When I try to start my 2000 Kia Sephia it will not start If you kept on trying to crank the car it will turn over I took it to a local shop and they could not find the problem What can I do?

CHECK ALL THE FUSES. IT MAY BE YOUR IGNITION FUSE. I LEARNED THIS THE HARD WAY. MAKE SURE ALL THE FUSES ON THE CAR ARE GOOD. THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS LATER IT ONLY COST ME TWO DOLLARS FOR A FUSE!
