Juliet is expressing her internal conflict and desperation in finding a resolution to her love for Romeo, as well as the feud between their families. She does not mean she wants Romeo to die, but rather that she cannot find peace or satisfaction until their love can thrive without any obstacles.
Insatiable
We have absolutely no reason to believe that Romeo and Juliet or indeed any other one of Shakespeare's plays was his favourite. He never left any indication about what his likes and dislikes were. For all we know, he liked Henry VIII best.
"Couture" means "dressmaking, sewing or needlework". We do not know anything about Juliet's ability to make dresses, and indeed for all we know she never makes dresses. And even if it did, how could it possibly indicate the sincerity of her love?
