The idler pulley or tensioner pulley?
Your car most probably has an automatic belt tensioner that keeps the belt tight and in proper spec. If the belt has too much play in it, the belt tensioner will need to be replaced.
Tighten the center bolt on the pulley and if it's tight and still wobbles then replace the pulley.
There is no adjustment. It has a tensoner that keeps the belt tight.

The crankshaft sensor is located behind the air conditioning compressor, which is on the front of the engine. You can replace it using a socket. Tight area. Have replaced one on a 2005 F-350 6.0 powerstroke. Good luck.

With the power off! Once you replace it make sure all your connections are tight!
