To hand fill capsules at the prescription counter, the pharmacist generally uses the "punch" method. The ingredients are triturated to the same particle size and then mixed by geometric dilution. The powder is placed on a powder paper or ointment slab and smoothed with a spatula to a height approximately half the length of the capsule body. The base of the capsule is held vertically and the open end is repeatedly pushed or "punched" into the powder until the capsule is filled; the cap is then replaced to close the capsule. Each filled capsule is weighed using an empty capsule as a counterweight. Powder is added or removed until the correct weight has been placed in the capsule. The filled capsule is tapped so that no air spaces are visible within the contents.

Many extended release tablets release the medication from tiny holes in the capsule, and the capsule or shell of the tablet itself does come out in the stool. It's empty because the medication has been released.

Whenever. I have not been instructed to take with food nor on an empty stomach. I have not had a problem.......except for having to cut out each capsule from groups of 10. Why do they have to be sealed like that? All other capsules that I take are just loose in bottles.
The battery gets charged little by little because the warm air in the garage and the cold air out side makes a positive charge which then enters the negative capsule of the battery and there for charges it.
When you use the peanut butter crackers to get Spitsy to dig holes, you have to have the map to the Time capsule (from Seal island) and you have to dig in the right place (where those girls are talking in the playground). Otherwise, you get empty holes. (see related questions)
