You could just have picked it up in such a way that you hurt the cat, but if you usually do this and it never caused this reaction, then I would take the cat in to your vet and have it checked out.
Most likely you've trained your cat to respond to you in this way! If your cat meows non-stop, and you keep responding to the meows, the cat has learned that "meow = I get what I want". I'm not saying that you should deny your cat affection / care, but just suggesting that your cat might have been "conditioned" to meow for everything. For awhile, my kitty would always meow when I would try to sleep in. I would get up, feed her, and go back to bed...and she'd still meow. So now I feed her, tell her I'm going back to bed, and ignore the meows. She's since stopped. It could, however, also indicate that something's going on with your cat's health. Some older cats will meow constantly for no explainable reason. If you are concerned I would ask your vet. Remember--it's just a phone call, and it might bring you peace of mind.
All domestic cats meow. Some breeds meow more than others. You can look up what cat breeds meow often and which ones rarely meow. But it mainly depends on your cat. Not just it's breed, it's personality too can depend on how often it meows.
In "The Cat in the Hat Comes Back," the weather starts with snow falling and the Cat making a mess. As the story progresses, the sun comes out and melts the snow, leading to a bigger mess that the Cat must help clean up.
I think that they only come with certain Webkinz. If you really want a fireplace, purchase the charcoal cat. It comes with a fireplace that can spruce up any room!
Well when the mummy cat and the daddy cat want children its up to them how many cats are in the cat family :) x
There could be several reasons: * Cats love their comfort and that of their owner, so by getting up you are disrupting their comfort. They need to know where you are going. * May want outside. * May want a treat or your pet may think they are going to be fed.
they want to play with someone
Your cat meows more now that it's older because it is starving for proper nutrition, such as raw meat. Read about the Pottinger cat studies. Don't buy your cat food because of a TV commercial showing a thin woman doing yoga, and saying that your cat needs "healthy grains". Cats don't eat grains...period. This is marketing B.S. Look up Edward Bernays and "torches of freedom" on youtube. Wake up and know the difference between science and marketing.
Maybe he is an old cat
When a cat sees another cat, sometimes they want to puff up to look big to scare the other cat. But I think your cat does this because it sees its reflection in the mirror. Hope this helps!
She might be hungry after her nap, or she wants to be held or stroked. Or (most likely) she's annoyed that you woke her up with your noisy feet. Cats are very light sleepers, and most of them are easily annoyed by humans and other animals.
