The defense gets credited with six points because they scored the touchdown and they didn't kick the extra point.
no, the kicker gets credited with the pat, there is no stat that credits the offense with the extra point
In the NFL, if the offense scores a touchdown, the team is credited with a first down. Check any NFL game's play-by-play on nfl.com and count all of the first downs. Now, compare them to the total first downs credited in the box score. If touchdowns were scored by the offense, they must be added to make the totals come out even.
Teams Switch When The Offense ether Punts It, Gets A Touchdown, Or Makes A 3 Point Field Goal
It depends which endzone. If it's their own endzone, the defense can recover it for a touchdown. If it's the defense's endzone, the offense can recover it for a touchdown.
Yes. nearly any defensive penalty BEFORE change of possession (INT, Fumble recovery) can result in a free play for the offense.
offense
kaka
yes they do
defence
I'm not totally positive about this but I believe that if the penalty is on the offense, the penalty is enforced on the PAT. But if its a defensive penalty then the penalty is enforced on the kick off. Hopefully that answered your question for you- Mike
When you are selecting a play before you select a play on offense or defence press L1. This will bring up a menu choose strip ball set to aggressive. If you are on offense when doing this press L1 again to see defensive menu.
No, the quarterback plays on offense.
