if the belly is still black it means the guppy still has some babies in there. the black Dot is the embryo.

Yes, because female guppies can store sperm, they can use it up to 2-3 times so this means 2-3 batches of fry! :P hope i helped :D

The female guppy will be very large and will have a gravid spot near her anus. But when she is ready to give birth she will be very still and huddling near the heater in your tank.

Anywhere from between 4-60. Usually the the size of the female's stomach and gravid spot will give you an estimate. If it has been a month and the gravid spot is still somewhat small you can estimate a low amount of fry (guppy babies). As far as guppies go they only need to mate once and they can continue to have babies the rest of there life. For some odd reason their bodies store the sperm...I am glad I'm not a guppy. You need to get a breeders net for your fish and as soon as she has her babies take her out of the net because she will eat them. That is probably why you don't see any babies and the black dot is smaller.

You will have to go by the size of their tummies. Once a guppy starts breeding she will always have a gravid spot.
