From a guy's perspective (I used to be a right pr**k as well when I was younger so I know what I'm talking about), it's evident that he likes you but he's just after sex. Period. i hate to break it to you but his new girl is giving him sex and he's loving it.
I would avoid this prat like the plague if you would like to keep your dignity in tact.
