No. He is being rude, crude, and disrespectful. He is trying to embarrass you. If you are in school report this to a teacher, the office, or an aide. Ignore him as much as you can. I finally learned to respond with an equal insult that would really sting and embarrass him. Often when men/boys do this they are showing off to other boys/men.
