However, eventually even the energy that leaves the bulb as light becomes heat after the light (radiant) energy strikes an opaque body (non-transparent). So it is also true that eventually all of the electrical energy that is converted by a light bulb eventually becomes heat.

I can't think of a direct way, but you could use a generator to turn the kenetic energy into electrical and then into light via a lightbulb or LED.
