If it' has a wheel on the bottom, remove the retainer ring, then clean the three wheels inside. Use a cotton tipped stick dipped in alcohol to clean the wheels, then clean the ball. After everything is dry, put it all back together. The retainer ring is easy to remove, just turn it counter-clockwise a few degrees.

buy an antibiotic at the pharmacy and put it in its water bowl to clean its mouth. make sure you bring it to the vet first
