Put simply: If the computer is giving you the information it is output. If you are giving the computer information it is input. If the information is being held by the computer it is storage.

If we're talking about the actual file the picture is stored in then it would be storage, if we're talking about the picture displayed on the monitor it is output.

If you're talking about Monitors, Speakers, Printers then those are outputs.

Keyboard, Mouse, Touchpad, Touchscreen, Scanner, Microphone are all inputs.

Hard disk, floppy disk, memory stick, memory card, optical disk (cd/dvd/blur-ray) are all storage.

Multifunction devices can be both so you have to talk about a specific part of it to decide if it is input or output. For instance these days printers usually have a scanner on them and are called multi-function devices.
