It won't harm your sim or the computer game in any way. Or when a sim is doing an activity and is having full enthusiasm and is like really good at it, they will sparkle and glow a white glow. This means he's "in the zone". That won't harm the sim, its actually good for it. The most likely reason is they are becoming a werewolf. O.o
