The first thing to check is the relay. It is like a fuse. A parts store might help you do this. If the temperature became worse and worse a little at a time then you may have a refrigerant leak. but check the relay first.
Check the fan motor itself. It may be shorting enough to cause it to run hot. the smell may by from the motor itself.
It is probably a lack of vacuum to the actuator that controls the air doors. Check for hissing noises under the dash and make sure all vacuum lines uinder the hood are connected and not kinked.
That flame is the source of heat for the hot air in the hot air balloon.
It dries faster with hot air.
check both heater hoses under the hood with engine at running temp. if only one hose is hot your heater core is restricted( try flushing it out),m low coolant will also cause no heat since the heat comes from the hot coolkant in the heater core. if both hoaes are hot chances are the blend air door in the interior heat unit is faulty or climate control is not calling for heat.
my 2000 Chevy venture van the air comes hot by drivers vet and cool by passenger vents
because when you first turn it on, hot air blows from it... thats just how it works, then after a while cool air comes
Control problem, blend door not working are the places to start
the vents work because of the heat which can make the hot air balloon go up
the vents work because of the heat which can make the hot air balloon go up
i own a 2001 Chevy venture warner bro. edition. and the rear air blows hot while the air is on up front.. i had it checked out and the rear has no ac its just a fan for the back..go figure. my customized Chevy express full size van does the same thing
The air should be comming out of the defroster vents. If so, most likely, it is the vacuum line that controls the vents. It is on top of the engine below the air cleaner, and runs to the front right of the engine. Buy the replacment so you know what your are looking for.
the middle vents only supply air from the ac unit using a separate in dash fan. the floor and defrost vents come only from the heater
Your front blower motor has gone out. There is a front and a rear blower motor.
I believe the upper vents are for A/C only. The floor vents are for the Hot air. Test your ceiling controls by moving the knob from cold to hot, you should hear the air pass from upper vents to lower vents. Providing of course you have selected REAR from the front control panel.
Heater core
The HTR RR switch in a Kia Sedona determines which air vents the air is blown through from the rear heating. When it is pushed in, the lower vents blow hot air, and when it is not pushed, the roof vents blow cold air.
