in theory it would be white (it is when you mix coloured light), but if you mix paint in those colours, it'll become a muddy brown....
Depending on the amounts of each colour, and providing that you not using pastels, you will get some form of brown, grey, or black.
A secondary color is a color made by mixing two primary colors together.

You cannot get a true black from primary colors, but you can get a brownish color. you can mix the three of them together to get a dark neutral hue

no colors make blue. It is a primary color.
Blue is a primary color, meaning no two colors can be mixed to make blue. Two primary colors can, however, make a new color.
Red is a primary color so there isn't any way to make red. a primary color is one that no two colors mixed together could make it. the three primary colors are red blue and yellow. Then there are secondary colors. which are just the primary colors mixed together. purple, orange, green. simple! hope this helped!:)
