The caste of the child's parents. The two parents would have been of the same caste since marrying outside of caste was considered unacceptable. Although I write this in the past tense, it is still widely prevalent.

Studies of genetics in India shows widespread population mixture took place between 4,200 to 1,900 years ago (2200 BCE-100 CE), where-after a shift to endogamy took place and admixture became rare. That said, children belong to the same caste and subset as their parents. If there is a mixture, then one or the other is chosen. Some people have managed to adopt a different caste by moving to a different area of the country and adopting the mannerisms and language of that caste.

It would first depend on the child's father, was he Indian and if so how much? If his father was not Indian that the child would be considered 50% by the governments standards. Some tribes go by percentages to be a tribal member while other tribes go by rolls, the government has a strange way of assuming the person on the original roll is 100% if they could even sign their name the descendants might not be considered Indian by the tribe even if they are 100%. DNA testing is a scientific way to determine Indian heritage but is frowned upon by most Native Americans. By my account a illegitimate child of a full blooded Native American women would be just as much Indian than most Indians currently in tribes.David, Member of The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi
they will ask the child/parent why they wont go but just to let u know they cant make the person go with him if they don't wont too
This depends on what you are asking as there are many different situations. For example, if the child is old enough for a Judge to take their wants into consideration, and the place where the child wants to 'go back' to is a safe environment, then it can be possible.
Yes, they can.
Keeping the money is theft. You will have to pay it back. The money should go to the person who have the kids and if that is none of the parents, both parent have to pay child support to that person.
Well it depends. Some of the time (or most) someone from the adoption agency (the person setting up the adoption) will go and get the child then bring them home. Sometimes one or both people who are adopting the child may go with that person to get the child and meet the parent.
