It's really just a last opportunity for you to sell yourself. Most people respond with something like "I'm very energetic", or "I sincerely believe in trying to do the right thing" or something like that. But, you wouldn't believe some of the things people say at a time like that. They talk about people the hate, how much they disliked their last employer and so on. So answer it honestly even if it is just to say "no, I don't really have anything to add". Just don't shoot yourself in the foot by telling them you hate cats or some such thing.

Harassment? If your employer if asking when you can go back to work, that's not really harassment. If your employer wants to see proof that you are out due to medical reasons, that's not harassment.
You can really sell yourself in an interview. You want to look your best at the interview. You also want to ask questions, so the employer knows that you really are interested.

Well, there has to be something to ask the importance of it. asking the main importance of something is really wanting to know how important it is to someone why they have passion for it or what it really does
When an employer asks you for your motivations in seeking to receive the given job, he/she is really asking "why do you want this job?" in a slightly more complicated way.
