Paramecium can take in food only at the cytostome. The cilia in the oral groove create a current of water which wafts the food organisms up to the cytostome where they are ingested in a food vacuole. This food vacuole then follows a specific route through the cytoplasm. On its travels, enzymes are secreted into the vacuole and the food is digested. The digested substances are then absorbed into the cytoplasm. Paramecium reproduce by binary fission.
They are digested in the organelle called lyosome.
Vesicle
The organelle used to store digested food and water is known as the vacuole. The food is released and broken down whenever the cells need it.
how does the structure of the villi
A paramecium eats by using it's cilia to sweep bacteria or food in it's oral groove, which then goes to it's gullet, where it is digested and then the digested fooed is sent to the food vacuole.
In a plant cell for example, the vacuole is a large inter cellular space where ingested materials are stored and digested. This organelle could be referred to as the stomach
Usually organelles are not repaired when they are broken. They simply get digested and recycled by the lysosome because the cell can always make more of a certain organelle.
Paramecium ingest food by phagocytosis. Food enters through oral grove to cell mouth, there it enters a food vacoule. The food vacoule fuses with lysosome and is broken down by enzymes. The food is digested in cytoplasm. All undigested food remains in now smaller food vacoule which goes to anal pore, special sight on plasma membrane, and release the contents by exocytosis in the enviroment.
small intestine is a tube like structure, which is composed of smooth muscle cells.it can absorb the digested product of food which is digested by stomach.
The digested food will go to the inner wall and it will carry to the bloodstream
