Fluid clutches are used on equipment that is subjected to continuous running.
no fluid or burnt clutches maybe front pump i would think clutches
Clutches in laser are operated by cable you don't have to put fluid anywhere.
Positraction clutches need the fluid changed periodically. Add Posi traction additive. Clutches bind on corners when fluid is old . You get a popping sound. Usually its the rear but change both axles fluid and put in the additive.

Small layers of the clutches, seals, and bearings wear off with time.
Transmission fluid is probably low. If not you brunt out your clutches in trans.
by using a non-compressible fluid, it acts like a solid push-rod.
Low fluid/low pressure or both. If not internal clutches/bands.
your filter is probably plugged or your fluid is burnt Additional info by Mandilon: If filter were clogged-up it wouldn't move in either direction. Burnt fluid; -ditto. The 'front' drum clutches are burned-up. The front drum clutches are 'applied' for all forward gears. Only the rear drum clutches and the reverse band are applied for reverse. Replacing the front drum clutches and seals will 'get it moving' thought it really needs an overhaul.
If all that was done is a fluid change--talke it back to the serviceman who did it! If an automatic has low fluid or filter in wrong, it won't go, and/or cause damage by not getting fluid where it needs to go. If You changed fluid; check level. Add fluid as needed. If you didn't change filter, then it is not the problem, as it worked on old filter. (Best to change it with fluid, though.) Also, look for any gross leaks from transmission. These must be addressed, too. The condition of the fluid would be important before you changed it. The fluid might have been bad, "Burnt". which would mean your trans fluid is bad and now the clutches have gone bad also. It is always better to change fluid often before burnt smell. If the fluid has a burnt smell to it, then been changed out. The new fluid will further damage the transmission, ie: clutches completely smooth, no forward or reverse, etc.
it is a hydralic clutch it has no adjustment
