You personally? Technically you can't enter into a contract on your own behalf until you're at least 18. That's not necessarily an absolute barrier against buying a house, but it does mean you're probably going to need to pay cash, because you won't be able to get a loan contract.
So, I guess the answer is "as soon as you get the cash required to do so". If you're paying cash, there's not really a "contract" involved, you pay the money and you get the title. And you probably get to explain to all sorts of federal agents where the money came from.
Tell them that you hate living in that house???!!!

I hate here cause I'm no family love their children and young people don't like us anymore I hate family
I'm sure your family doesn't hate you. They may dislike you for the time being, or may not agree with your decisions in your life, but for family to truly hate another member of their family it has to be extreme. Even with extreme behavior, it is very rare that family members would truly hate another family member. I suggest you sit down and talk to your family and find out why they are upset with you and see what you can do to mend the situation.
No,You shouldn't hate your Grandpa.Your Grandpa is someone you should love,Because he is part of your family!Never hate a family member.:) Hope this helps!, Marcie!
