Keep him of course, unless you want to neuter him, or give him to someone else, or give him to a rabbit rescue, or do you want more babies? (Joke, unless you DO want more babies, but wait a few days after your doe has given birth before you mate them again)
you can put her after 15 days so she can be pregnant again but if you put her after 15 day she also can get pregnant but she is going to be very stresed because she is feeding her babies and also having more babies in her uterus.
About 6 weeks
The male should have been separated from the female before she gave birth. But if you didn't do that, then the male should be separated before the female is done giving birth because females go into postpartum estrus (heat) after giving birth and can become pregnant again immediately. If the male is with her after giving birth, then she is most likely pregnant again. Back to back pregnancies can possibly kill the female or lead to babies less likely to survive.
when your female rabbit is mean it usually means that the rabbit is pregnant and is trying to protect her bunnies. they usually bite you or will not let you touch them by hiding in the back corner of the hutch.
Keep the male in a spare cage if you have one and if you sell the babies they could be put back together but after two times of giving birth leave them in their cages for like 12 months I guess. This prevents the female from going through so much pain when giving birth
The male rabbit mates with the female rabbit from the rear, with his forepaws on top of her back.
I'm sure this has something to do with building a nest. My female rabbit used to pull most of her fur of her back to make a nest when she had phantom pregnancies. It may be that this is what your rabbit is doing.
Your rabbit might be poorly or it is getting more used to you.
Stroke her back and comfort her.
It will take around a month until the babies are born. You'll need to separate the female rabbits before she gives birth and until the babies have grown up. You should be able to put them back together after. But the rabbit without babies may get jealous and kill the babies.
she didn't die. she came back alive as a vampire.
Directly after giving birth she will be very tired, so give her time. Also, she may get up in a while and after they are fed, but she will always come back and repeat this until they are old enough.
That's ok. She can have company, and you can put her back.
After you gain back your period with no contraceptive use about 2 to 3 months.
