You can take ibuprofen and benadryl together but 2400 mg of ibuprofen is 12 x 200mg tablets. That is a lot of ibuprofen that you should not be taking without a doctors supervision
Ibuprofen would be safe to take.
take them both and then chug a 40oz
Ibuprofen and agitate the symptoms of acid reflux. Ibuprofen can increase the symptoms and severity of GERD. Studies have demonstrated that NSAID users were twice as likely to have GERD symptoms as those, who did take ibuprofen, Aspirin, and other NSAIDs. Always best to ask your doctor before taking any over-the-counter meds. If you must take ibuprofen and you have been diagnosed with GERD, taking the Ibuprofen with milk and/or yogurt may lessen the potential agitation.
i was wondering if i can take ibuprofen for pain while I'm taking wellburtin XL, lamictal, and risperdal. I've been taking tyneol and it's not helping. I've got a bad toothache and my daughter-in-law suggested taking ibuprofen. i didn't want to take anything that would cause a bad reaction.
Yes, you can take ibuprofen (not cuprofen) if you are taking atenolol (not arennolol). Keep in mind that depending on the dosage and frequency of the ibuprofen use, you could reduce the effectiveness of the atenolol.
Prozac is an antidepressant of the selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor class. It is acceptable to take Ibuprofen if you are taking Prozac.
I just did, i'll let you know what happens :-)
Nothing happens. I've done this many times, just remember to eat something before taking it.
No!!... a BIG NO! I'm allergic to ibuprofen such as Advil.. and taking naproxen sodium also have the same exact effect!. Don't take naproxen Sodium if you are allergic to ibuprofen!
Chantix has no interactions with other drugs. Take the ibuprofen or Tylenol if you need it.
You should not take Excedrin Migraine and Ibuprofen together, because Excedrin Migraine (and regular Excedrin Extra Strength) contains Aspirin, which is in the same NSAID category that Ibuprofen is. Taking them together can increase the risk of damage to the stomach lining, which can cause ulcers. It is not recommended to even take Ibuprofen with the low-dose aspirin used to prevent heart attack and stroke, because Ibuprofen can wipe out the protective quality you are taking the low-dose aspirin for. Excedrin Tension Headache contains the Acetaminophen and Caffeine, but not the Aspirin, and this would be safe to take with Ibuprofen.
