The male should have been separated from the female before she gave birth. But if you didn't do that, then the male should be separated before the female is done giving birth because females go into postpartum estrus (heat) after giving birth and can become pregnant again immediately. If the male is with her after giving birth, then she is most likely pregnant again. Back to back pregnancies can possibly kill the female or lead to babies less likely to survive.
They were likely the original dog on the American continent BUT it is so much more complex than the answers given here. We really do not know but people are lookin. Darn those scientists who take a long time to decide!
if one of the female dogs touched the others pups the pup would smell like the other female, its mother would scent the smell (since dogs have good noses) and she would think its not her pup and kill it
Death is, as far as anyone can tell, as permanent for puppies as it is for people.
chinese chinese Spanish, the chihuahua is named after the state of Chihuahua in Mexico. ______________________________________________________ It is Mexican in origin where there is a State and a desert by same name and it is here that it is said that an ancestor of the breed of dog was discovered back in mid 1800's.
A male dog lays down on his back and a female gets on a certain spot and goes up and down which transfers sperm and splooge which forms liquids inside and makes babies or puppies.
What do you mean by changing colors? I have a tan chihuahua and in the summer she turns white, in the winter she turns back to tan. It's normal.
