Straight away!
Be sure to toilet your new pup in an area where strange dogs have not been. Very young puppies will not have sufficient protection from vaccinations yet to keep them safe from dangerous and potentially fatal diseases like parvo. Parvo (and other diseases) can be spread by contact with contaminated fecal material. Ask your vet when it will be safe for your puppy to have contact with unknown dogs. Until then, carry him whenever you are in an area where other dogs toilet. Just to add - places where foxes could have been are also dangerous until the puppy's vaccinations take effect. You may think that your back garden/yard has been free from strange dogs but if there's a chance that a fox has "visited" then keep the puppy away until your vet says it's ok.
maybe Small breed dogs should not, because they are more susceptible to heat and cold. Might be OK for large and medium size dogs, but not in very hot or very cold weather, and the puppies need shelter in either case.
When they're puppies they can't control their bladder. But, when they're not puppies anymore, they're just not getting outside enough or understanding that they should be going outside.
They Pee like other dogs
Most of time its because you have been gone and they are happy to see you, also take them out when they do that it teaches them to go outside
They can't have puppies because puppies pee everywhere and it could ruin your ds
maybe they are scared or to tired to go pee somewhere else
acrivient
Puppies do this to mark territory.

Nurse, pee, poop, and sleep.
The Jack Russel puppies that our dog had are now 2 months old and they need to pee every four hours.
try putting the pee pad outside. make sure the dog knows that it's outside. every time the dog pee's in the house, you need to let the dog know that that's bad by saying no in an angry voice and putting it outside. once the dog starts peeing outside, you can get rid of the pee pad.
