Footwear for the eventing rider are dress or field boots. The paddock combination half-chap should be reserved for hacking and training, not competing. For the horse, boots are permitted for the cross-country and stadium jumping, excluding the first day dressage test, especially at the higher levels. Boots for the 2 and 3 days include splint, bell, polo wraps, and of course shipping boots to and from the event.

Nothing, there's a 'horse triathlon' called Eventing though.

Well this horse has competed in the London olympics 2012 in eventing so it is a very good horse
Well... it depends if you are registerd with biritsh eventing or not. If you are then you can compete in the year of your 12th birthday if you are riding a pony and on the year of your 14th birthday if you are on a horse. But if your not affiliated (with british eventing) then the age varies. It should say on the schedule. Or course there is no age LIMIT to eventing unless the class has a restricted age.
