I want to change orifices on propane to natural gas and don't know where they are located at??They are usually located where the gas line comes into the appliance-you will need a wrench to loosen it.
It is not possible for a personm to use the LP gas orificesfrom a Hotpoint stove to convert a Frigidaire stove. Gas lines should only be connected or converted by a professional.
I would think you`d have to change the oven AND broiler orifices as well. You will probably need to turn down the gas pressure regulator to 3.5`` wc as well.
The possessive form for the singular noun stove is stove's.
As long as your house stove is not running off of natural gas (a pipeline routed through your neighborhood with a big meter on the side of your house = natural gas). If your house has a big huge gas tank on the side of it, it is propane, and that is what those bottled gas things are that you buy at the gas station. Disconnect the gas line at the huge tank outside your house, and connect the small tank you got at the gas station directly to the line right there. I have done it myself before, and I am also a plumber with experience in working and installing gas lines. Joeman
Not easily. It's a lot like changing a Ford to a Chevy ... the only thing you can keep is the body. You can run the stove on 110 just as it is, but the burners will only get 1/4 as hot, and if it has anything on it besides burners and an oven, none of the other things will work.
A stove. Hopefully, a gimballed stove!
Depends on the stove, but usually not

Yes, your stove will be on. The stove's switches will not return to the off position during a power failure.
