Unless a recipe provides specific instructions to something different, you should bake using the centre rack in the oven
An oven rack that is split!!!
You can bake an apple pie on the bottom rack of the oven. Many people do it this way to avoid over browning of the edges of the crust that can occur when using the centre rack.
A Whirlpool electric single oven is on the surface-cooking-kindof oven; as for the Nesco Jet Stream oven it uses a a rack top. So for a more evenly cooking, I would go with the Whirlpool.
Most frozen pizza boxes state that for a crispier crust, place the pizza directly on the oven rack. Once done, remove the rack from oven and remove pizza from rack. You can spray the rack with Pam to reduce sticking. I've always cooked my pizzas this way.
I assume you're asking what TEMPERATURE to cook a FROZEN PIZZA on?? If so, that is typically 400 degrees Fahrenheit, for approximately 15 minutes...and that's if you're cooking it directly on the rack of the oven, and not on a pizza stone, or on a pan. It can vary, depending on HOW you cook it.
Middle rack.
Once you are sure it is done cooking, take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, carefully remove it from the pan you baked it in and let it on a wire rack, cooling rack, or room temperature tray or shelf to cool down the rest of the way.
Convection cooking involved air flowing around the food while it's cooking. Since the temperture is much more even this way, the rack you use isn't as important. A central position is probably best.
In the center of the oven and on the middle rack.
You can find a rack for a Decosonic oven at many websites, including eBay, or directly with the manufacturer.
If you're recipe doesn't specify otherwise, use the center rack--that should provide good heat circulation and keep the pie away from the heating element on the bottom of the oven. You might want to also consider putting the pie on a cooking sheet covered with aluminum foil to catch drips and ensure even cooking of the bottom crust.
well you can 1.) turn off lights when you dont need them 2.) turn the computer off or to sleep when your not using it 3.) try to cook food in an apple-box oven or dutch oven. p.s. if you dont have an apple-box oven then take a cardboard box that apples come in, turn it upside-down, cut a rectangular hole on one side, flip it back over and tape a clear plastic sheet over the hole, then cover the whole outside with aluminum foil. take a little cooking rack, put it in the sunlight, put the uncooked food on top, then gently put the apple-box over it. the foil helps the food cook, and the little hole is so you can check on it (dont touch the apple-box while the foods cooking itll be really hot. use oven mitts to move the apple-box).
