When an account is placed on hold it can never be used again and is gone forever. You will need to clear your cookies, change your ip address and use a new phone number to open a new one. Craiglist is becoming unbearable for professionals and are limited posting to 10 an hour and it will only become worse. I used to be able to post a couple a hundred ads in a few hours and now it takes 18 hours of work.
I have been using BP a lot more these days and a great new site that integrates with my Facebook and Twitter account called ClassifiedsEarth. Using BP and Classifiedsearth together will give you great seo. Classifiedsearth also has a built in Craigslist ad posting tool. It's a new site that give me top ranking on the serps
