Reruns continued to air in 1999 as well as recycling shorts in a spin-off show, The Big Cartoonie Show. Animaniacs airings on Kids' WB ceased along with several other shows when Warner Bros. merged with UPN,Cartoon Network continued to air Animaniacs until Nickelodeon bought rights to air the show on their network for 2001.
