Not sure of the exact date, but I have a dresser w/mirror from the 60's with that stamp on it. 9-2131 DR TOILET is stenciled on the mirror and B-9-2131-2133-DR J-62-S-MINK is stenciled on the dresser. I think Mink was the color, gray. DR for dresser. Not sure what the TOILET would mean?

What is the value of a pa department of labor and industry stamp. i have a green and tan commonwealth of pennsylvania department of labor and industry stamp?

I believe the PA. dept of Labor and Industry started using these in 1937. The stamp meant that the item met the applicable requirements of the Commonwealth of PA. It was applied to items such as stuffed animals, furniture with appolestry and filling-materials. I doubt the stamp alone is worth anything. But it would add value to an item that it came with, if in good condition.
