But as profit margins fell on the hardware it turned out that Gates made the right choice. Pretty soon he had the rights to sell the operating system on every IBM compatible computer.

He was the creator of products such as Wondows '95, and stuff like that. He show up to computer conferences and try to sell his product. He traveled around selling his products.
