Britain had its first blitz in World War 2 on July 10 through October 31, 1940. The reason for the battle was because Germany wanted to gain air superiority over Britain. They did not succeed.

Fire zone blitz - first blitz play call "fulcher-2-stay"
The Blitz was when the Luftwaffe(German Airforce) came over to Britain and dropped bombs down onto big cities. Their first intention was to bomb the RAF but decided to bomb the cities instead which is partly why the the blackout started. The Blackout was where the whole of Britain practically turned off all lights.
The Blitz caused an enormous amount of civilian casualties for the first time ever in war, as well as a great deal of damage, anguish and human suffering. If that was the short term aim of the German High Command it was a success. In the long term aim, to give the Luftewaffe control of the skies over Britain and soften up the population below in preparation for the invasion of the UK, it failed. The Battle of Britain saw the RAF keep control of the skies and made invasion impossible.
Blitz comes from the German word "blitz krieg" meaning lightning war, it was the bombing of Britain during wwII. Yes, as above, the Blitz was the bombing of the British cities following the Battle of Britain in the autumn of 1940 & the first part of 1941. Blitzkreig was the combination of the use of panzer (Armoured) forces coupled with dive bombers & rapid movement through a spearhead (Schwerpunkt) attack.
A few months after France fell. Wikipedia says 7 September 1940. It was pretty easy to find out. Just type "blitz" into Google. It's the second one down, the first is something to do with martial arts supplies, not the Battle of Britain.

first of all write in coherent English if you want an answer and second, the internet cannot tell you something like that with the information you have given.
On September 25th, 1939, Germany terror bombed the city of Warsaw, Poland. Historically, this was the first 'blitz' air raid upon a civilian population, with an estimated 1150 bombing sorties made by the Luftwaffe, dropping approx 500 tons of explosives and 72 tons of incendiaries in the Warsaw Blitz. So, in answer to your question, Germany started the Blitz
During the blitz the first lot of bombs were dropped in London in 1940... They had to turn all the lights off in the city so the Nazis did not know where to bomb.
