Galileo actually discovered four of Jupiter's larger moons, and that was in 1610. I believe he was the first to view the planet with a telescope. No one person is credited with having discovered it though. It is one of the few planets visible in the night sky without binoculars or a telescope, hence it has been observed by man for thousands of years.
Galileo DID NOT discover Mars. Mars has always been visible from Earth to the unaided human eye and was known to and named by our ancient ancestors. Galileo is believed to be the first person to view Mars though a telescope.
Galileo did not discover Mars. However, in 1609, Galileo was the first to view Mars through a telescope.

Galileo did not discover Earth. It was "discovered" by prehistoric civilization, since they were living on it, after all. People long before Galileo called their home world Earth.
