George Washington Carver did not make 100 ways to use peanut butter. He created several hundred different products that could be made from the peanut. He created hundreds of products from other crops. One Sunday he got sick of hearing people in one church say, "Nobody will give us anything." He told them what vegetables to bring to church the next Saturday and they would paint the church. He showed them how to extract peanut oil and vegetable dies. They dug up clay and extracted color. In one day they painted the church from materials around them.
