Germany never conquered Somalia. Britain ruled it before World War II, and during the war, Italy briefly occupied it- in the 1920's, Italy had occupied neighboring Ethiopia. The closest Germany ever came to Somalia was "German East Africa", which they ruled from the late 1800's until WWI... it was located around the area of modern Tanzania.

as far as I know is the producer: BAYERISCHES HAUPTMUENZAMT, means the official state-owned mint in Munich/Germany. They are producing these coins I guess for a private company located in Hamburg/Germany, called "Emporium Hamburg". But I guess if you ask the Central Bank of Somalia you won´t get a confirmation that this is legal tender, - there is war in Somalia. I can´t imagine that they are producing new coins or banknotes in the moment. Not in Somalia and not in Germany....
