In my opinion the Hussain Shahi Dynaty contributed more in the culture and art in Bengal. This is partly because it was considered the GLODEN AGE of the Bengla Sultanate for a reason. There was much more political stabilty and the dynasty lasted a long time (1494- 1538) whereas the Illiyas Shahi Dynasty lasted from (1342 - 1487). A significant contribution of the Hussain Shahi Dynasty in the feild of architecture was the development of a new form of style evolving from the classical dou-chala and cho- chala features. Other than that this period marked the growth of secular elements in Bangla leterature and developed calligraphy and art as well.
