While its not really known, it is a widely accepted theory that since Spinosaurus relied so much on the rivers and the shallow seas, as the environment around it changed, it got drier and slowly these environments of water dried out, thus completely devastating its main food source.

There is no evidence of cannibalism in Spinosaurus. However, many reptiles are cannibalistic on occasion, and there is a chance that Spinosaurus was, too. If it were, however, the only cases of cannibalism would be when large Spinosaurus killed and ate the young offspring of other Spinosaurus.
Missouri is a state - it is not a living thing so it cannot go extinct.
