St. Paul challenged St. Peter. Peter said that Gentiles had to first become Jews before they could become Christians. Paul said no, they could be baptized directly without becoming Jews first. Paul won.
Saint Pierre (St. Peter's what?)
Epistles - as from St. Paul, St. Peter. St. John, St. James and St. Jude.
No, St. Jude did not write any of the letters in the New Testament. The Epistle of Jude in the New Testament is attributed to Jude, the brother of James, not the apostle St. Jude.
tters written by St. Peter are called epistles.
St. Peter only wrote some of the epistles of the Bible, not the whole thing....
St Paul for sure did not write the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts of the Apostles, James, Peter 1, Peter 2, Revelation, and others.
St. Paul, St. Peter, St. John, St. Jude all wrote epistles. St. James also wrote an epistle but it is uncertain if he was James the greater, James the lesser or another James.
The first is definitely wrong. To "differ with" someone means to disagree or to dispute with her or him. The second is technically correct, but very clumsy. You wouldn't say it, so why write it? "St Peter and St John were not the same age" is much more natural.
Peter is buried under the sanctuary of the St. Peter's Basilica.
God created St. Peter.
June 29 is the feast of St. Peter and St. Paul.
