For all Brain Tree Quests, the answer is randomly generated. You CANNOT answer the question correctly, even if you DO guess correctly, until you have completed two Esophagor Quests--the first for when and the second for where--after starting the Brain Tree's Quest.
Note: You must NOT have started an Esophagor Quest prior to accepting the Brain Tree's Quest, or you will not get the answer until finishing that quest and starting over.
Further note: The prize for completing the Brain Tree's Quest is ALWAYS worth less than what you will spend to get the answer, unless you happen to get Esophagor foods for under ~2,000 NP total. In order to get a high score trophy, your best chance is to do the Brain Tree's Quest only on the first day of the month, after all the high score tables have been reset, because Brain Tree Quest scores are NOT cumulative--you cannot improve your previous score. High score table scores are per quest.

Frank Poogli is reported to have died a long time ago. The Brain Tree checks his records from time to time trying to figure out exactly when and where his death occurred.
The brain tree/esophagor quests are randomly generated. You could get the same person and a different answer a million times.

To find out, feed Esophagor twice. But remember, the Brain Tree's quest are usually pathetic items of cheap food.
