He even told Kakeru Manabe that! He always saw her as the mother he never had. She was a mother-like figure to him. Yuki ends up with Machi Kuragi, a girl from the student council, and he kisses her, plus gives her the key to his new apartment in the very end of the manga. Tohru ends up with Kyo, and they kissed

In season 2 episode 7 yuki kisses tohru on the forehead and says he doesnt know what he would do without her. That she helped him open the "box" his heart. That doesnt imply that he loves her or not but in episode 8 she does think he is teasing her. The relationships have yet to be defined at this point.
Yuki tells Tohru "I love you" during a key emotional moment in Chapter 136 of the "Fruits Basket" manga, near the end of the story.

∙ 12y agoYuki never said "I love you" to Tohru. Neither did Kyo. Actually Yuki said I love you to Tohru in the manga series,but Yuki said it so faintly that Tohru could not understand it.
