Cocaine became illegal in the 1984. The 1914 law-Harrison Act was a tax law only> on importing cocaine. It was illegal to import Cocaine without registering.

Not law about selling, possessing distribute cocaine in the US. The 1937 law was for Marihuana-same as the Harrison Act. If you dont register to import cocaine and pay the tax fee, than is a criminal offense. Every Company(food/beverage/chemical, etc) having such license was free to sell and distribute cocaine in the United States-while everyone else can't. The 1970 Nixon laws made prison time for those being involve with cocaine without permission. By 1984 Reagan drug law, nobody can request to permission to import cocaine but only those Big Corporation that had license since the 1914.

So go ahead, ask the federal govt. to give you permission to import/sale posses cocaine a pay its tax. They will denial your application. Thats all.

We the people should all ask the govt for permission to possess cocaine just like the Money Corporation. Money runs America, not freedom nor justice.
