I believe you are asking about a Sears model 126.102940. If I am right, then it is a Crosman model V350 BB rifle caliber 175, Push barrel made between 1961-1969.
Check your numbers again. Are you sure it's not 126. 102940. If this is the number then it was made by Crosman air gun co. and it's a model V350. Re post your question with the current number and the condition of the rifle to get an estimate of value.

All I can tell you about this gun (Pistol) is it was made by Crosman. The (126) at the beginning of the model indicate Crosman. Unfortunately the Crossover list form Sears to Crosman is long gone and only a few of the numbers are known. Here is what I suggest. Crosman has a list of most all their Air guns / rifles.
