Answer 1

before. much before but there was caveman during adam and eve's time.

Answer 2

The view of The Bible (Adam and Eve) and the view of Evolutionary History (Dinosaurs) are mutually exclusive. The Biblical view asserts that the world was created less than 10,000 years ago by an Almighty God. Dinosaurs would therefore have never existed and all of the fossils that have been found are tests of our faith. The Evolutionary Historical View claims that Earth is 4.6 billion years old. Dinosaurs existed from roughly 220 to 65 million years ago. The first Homo sapiens (modern humans) came into existence 250,000 years ago. This would mean that dinosaurs preceded humans by over 64 million years.

if by Adam and Eve you mean the first male and female hominid descendent of all modern humans, then the dinosaurs were first by about 65 million years.
