If you reffer back to egyptian myths you should realize that pharos like gods thought marrying common people would disgrace their blood therefore ruining their perfect bloodline. The same applied to gods. Even though other gods were sutiable they were more minor than Juno and Jupiter. Juno and Jupiter were the most important gods and it was only suitable they married each other.
