Hurricane Wilma was the most intense hurricane to ever hit the Atlantic Basin. The hurricane formed on October 15, 2005. Its first land fall was on October 21 in Cozumel. On October 24 Wilma hit the Gulf of Mexico and the coast of Florida. A day later on October 25, hurricane Wilma finally dissipated.
