from 1940s people seriously started talking about UFO..during WW2 Small metallic spheres and colorful balls of light repeatedly spotted and occasionally photographed worldwide by bomber crews named foo fighter.....

in 1947 an incident of UFO crash took place in Roswell,New Mexico.....

but if you really want to know the history of ufos then there are many ancient photos or tales concerning UFOs....
