It is not possible to change your profile picture to a video.
To put a picture over the video you usually need to have an alternate editing program where you can add the picture over the video
Its realy obvious... if you downloaded a game you go into your game folder at the start up screen, if you downloaded a picture you go into your picture folder, and if you downloaded a video you go into your video folder... im surprised your even asking this question
There is no video but a picture.
To add a picture overlay in Movie Maker, import the picture you want to overlay onto your video. Then, drag and drop the picture onto the video track above the main video track. Adjust the size and position of the picture overlay as needed.
You can't, MySpace doesn't allow videos to be your "Default Picture". The closest thing to a video clip is a GIF picture, which can be animated.

Windows Movie Maker (all versions) is a very basic video editing software applications with limited features... And a picture-in-a-picture is one of many features the program does not offer unfortunately.Sorry... :(
