The dwarf planet Pluto was discovered on February 18, 1930. It was discovered by an astronomer named Clyde Tombaugh who was working at the Lowell Observatory in Arizona at the time. William H. Pickerin contributed to Pluto being found.
Pluto was discovered in 1930 by an astronomical assistant named Clyde Tombaugh. Tombaugh was hired to work for the astronomers at Lowell Observatory in Arizona. Tombaugh would take photographic plates of portions of the night sky, then take another photo of the same location several weeks later. He would compare the two photos to detect and objects that "moved". There were hundreds of objects detected, most were asteroids. But in 1930 a larger object was located about 39 astronomical units from the sun. The object discovered turned out to be smaller than what they expected to find (a ninth planet was assumed to be very large, like Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune). This smaller object was classified as a planet, and named Pluto. Since the discovery of Pluto its status as a planet has been under debate. And in 2006 it was decided to drop Pluto as a planet and classify it as a "dwarf planet". Clyde Tombaugh died in 1997, and did not live to see his discovery eliminated from the status of a planet.

This is a misnomer. Scientists often and do prove their findings, particularly through repetition of an experiment. Scientists cannot prove a negative (reindeer can't fly), but can only prove such under specific conditions (these reindeer can't fly in March). Theories are not said to be proven until they can fully explain a set of conditions. Even then, parts of a theory can be proven, but the whole remains open to refinement.

No one lives in or on Pluto. No one has visited Pluto.
No scientists say that. Scientists know that Pluto is a dwarf planet, and not one of the 8 major planets of our solar system.

Eris is a dwarf planet that exists beyond Pluto
Pluto
The problem is that Pluto is to far, it takes a to long, and there is nothing there at Pluto.
Pluto became a dwarf planet because of its small size.
The bottom line is "No."It likewise does not prove that God does notexist.
