About 4.5 billion years ago, shortly after the sun "turned on". Earth was largely molten at first, and a big chunk of it was torn off by a probable impact with some other body about the size of Mars. Most astronomers today believe that is how our moon was formed. The first 500 million years or so of our solar system was a "demolition derby" of things smashing together.
first era was the Precambrian
Scientist think that stars are formed from thick clouds of dust and gases whirling around space.
Because you study earth and science and astronomy is study of stars and planets. So I think astronomers are a scientist of earth dont you!:)
Scientists theorize that a planet-sized object collided with earth to form the moon.
Scientist theorize that a planet-sized object collided with earth and the moon formed
a large object struck Earth, and ejected material from the collision combined.
4.6 billion years im pretty sure
At the same time that the Earth (and the other planets) formed : 4.5 billion years ago.
they don tthink he is real, nor God, they think the big bang created the earth and that we were formed from monkeys
PRECAMBRIAN :)a+
The Earth's plates were caused by natural reasons and cannot be explained. Scientists think that the plates were formed as a result of Earth first expanding as it was heated in the Great Bombardment and then shrinking as it cooled.
first era was the Precambrian
Scientists think that Barbados was formed about almost a million years ago.
When science was gored
dust and ice and other partcials
No one knows for sure about how the layers formed. Scientists are trying to find out how. SORRY : (
"Scientists think that about 4.6 billion years ago, Earth formed as bits of material collided and stuck together" so over the next couple of years the earth formed the inner core, outer core, mantle, crust, lithosphere, and the asthensphere.
