Australia has two main organizations- Scouts Australia and Girl Guides Australia and two smaller organizations- Independent Australian Scouts and Baden-Powell Movement in Australia. All of these have roots in the UK. Germany has over 150 Scouting and Guiding organization and federations. Many are separated by gender or religion. The program retains the core elements of Scouting, but the details vary wildly.
